2.3 The growth and development of Communism in the Soviet Union

This quatrain refers to the growth and development of Communism in the Soviet Union. The basic principles of what I understand about Communism are good, but any power that manipulates other people is not good. «The meat» that «gives way to fish » is a way of saying "Russia" as I’m referring to the land that goes toward the Arctic Ocean. We have kings in our time. You have dictators and presidents in yours. Τhe world doesn’t change that much, even after five centuries!
